The Samsung i5700 Spica Smartphone, popularly known as Samsung Galaxy Lite is expected to make its debut appearance before the world in November this year. Rumours also have it that, the release might be extended to early next year.
This handheld will be powered by the Android 1.5 OS. It will come with a 3.2” capacitive touch sensitiveAMOLED screen. The resolution offered will be 320 x 480 pixels. Landscape and portrait views will both be made possible by the accelerometer of this device. An 800MHz processor is expected to handle internal processing in this gizmo. The in-phone memory that this gadget will ship with is supposed to be 100MB, which might seem quite insufficient for handling powerful applications. However, since this device is still in its prototype stage, we can keep fingers crossed for some good news in the future regarding internal memory.
